Morning Practices (Meet Days and Fridays Only)

10 – 10:45 13 and Overs

Afternoon Practices Monday – Thursday, Except Meet Days:
6:00 – 6:45 8 and Unders
6:45 – 7:45 9-12
7:45 – 8:45 13 and Overs

Saturday Practices:
8-8:45 12 and Unders
8:45 – 9:15 Ribbons and Donuts
9:15 – 10:00 13 and Overs
